Wastelands edit...

Jun 15, 2009

This is a little edit from the Wastelands in Newcastle, filmed when Tommy, Bengo and myself drove up to see Cookie a week or so ago. My editing software shit the bed, so it's only just been sorted, but better late than never i guess...

I've been really slack updating the site lately, but i'm aiming for an update everyday to get myself into the habit for when the new site drops... I know i've been saying it for months, but it really is on the way...

Ben Lewis is broken.

Jun 14, 2009

Sorry for the lack of updates lately, we've been all over the place filming for the DVD.

Ben Lewis went out to Barcelona with Matty Lambert to film for Carhartt, Unfortunately Ben took a bad one, and had to pay £500 to book 3 seats for the flight home, which is not sound. Get well soon lad!

You can see updates of what went down in Barca before the hit hit the fan on Matty's site - Nonstopvid.com.

Dan Lacey Seventies Edit...

This is some leftover footage of Lacey that Charlie Jobling put together for Seventies. We went down to see Lacey last week but the weather was shit and we ended up gfetting blazed for 4 days instead. Lacey built up his new bike, with some sick new coloured parts and a custom air-brushed seat by Joe-Tek, check it...

Mike Taylor and Nailz BSD edit...

May 5, 2009

Mike Taylor and Nailz both joined the DUB ranks a few weeks ago, but due to my lack of posting nothing has been mentioned on the site until now. They both ride for BSD also, and went to stay in Glasgow for a weekend, where Dave Sowerby made this edit of them. The riding, editing and choice of song are all spot on, so check it out...

Mike Taylor welcome to DUB remix...

Mike gave me some old clips to remix, so here it is, Mike's welcome to the team edit...

Dan Lacey/Ty Morrow Federal Edit.

This new Federal edit welcomes Ty Morrow to the team, and has some sick riding from Lacey too, Check how high Ty Morrow can hop!

Scotty D Ride Exclusive edit...

Apr 26, 2009

Scotty has an Interview, and an Exclusive DUB edit up on the RideUK site, you can check the interview HERE and the edit HERE.

There hasnt been many updates at all on the site at the moment, that's because we actually are getting a new site this time, finally. I'm not sure exactly when it will be ready, but while we're waiting we're filming for the DVD, so expect the first trailer to drop when the new site does.

No More Free Stickers...(sorry)

Apr 8, 2009

There's been some funny as fuck e-mails lately, from people saying they just bought one of our bikes, and could they have stickers for it, to people from mad countries that i've never had orders from, saying they have our stuff, then realising the mistake and saying they bought it off e-bay!?

Someone told me we got named on a MTB forum as a company that gives out free stickers too, so it's becoming an effort telling who's a BMXer, and who's a gay, when sending the stickers out.

Anyway, The demand for stickers is huge, but the sales off our site isn't. Unfortunately, this means i can't afford to send out anymore free stickers for a while, at least until we break even.

All orders from our online shop come with a stack of stickers and some badges, or if you really want some, and can't afford to buy something, e-mail me and you can send me a self adressed, stamped envelope, and i'll send it back with some stickers in.

Safe.

Josh Roberts...

Apr 2, 2009

Me and Ditchburn went back to Flint the other day, so Scott could visit his family, and we could see some of the local riders. Before Scott moved to the DUB house in Manchester, I used to see Josh a fair bit at Flint skatepark, he had only just started riding, but he became Ditchburns "apprentice" and got really good, really fast. The last I heard Josh had broken his ankle doing a whip, and was off his bike for quite a while, but when we got to Flint skatepark the other day, It was good to see that he's all fixed up, and getting back on it. Josh has only just turned 16 and has only been riding for a year and half, We filmed a few bits of Josh, who did everything first go, and every go, and here is the edit...

(Go to Vimeo to see the video in HD)

AlphaBMX!

AlphaBMX shop in Stoke, is now stocking a full range of DUB products!

If your from the area, or if you ever visit Stoke Plaza, go and check the shop out! It's rider owned, and pretty new, so show it some support!

Scott Ditchburn back up north...

Apr 1, 2009

Scott has moved up to Liverpool and is currently living at DUB HQ with me. We are filming an exclusive edit for Ride UK, which should be done in the next few weeks. Scott has been dropping hammers, so the new HD cam has been put to good use already...

Embroidered Polo Shirts and Hats back in stock...

Mar 25, 2009

We just got the Rizla logo embroidered stuff back in stock. The hats are black, one size fits all, and the polo's are either Grey or Black, and we have all sizes XSmall to XLarge. There's only a couple of each size though, so don't leave it too late...

Ben Lewis Nonstop web edit...

Mar 23, 2009

Ben Lewis has a web edit up on the Ride Mag website...Click Here to go and watch it. Matty Lambert of NonstopVid made it, and it's a Ride exclusive. Fellow Dub rider, Bengo, is filming a web edit with Matty too, for another Ride exclusive which should be coming soon.

New Edit...

Mar 20, 2009

This is just the leftover 3 chip footage, as we are now filming in HD. There's a lot going on at the moment, so there probably wont be any web videos, or many posts on the site for a while.

We will be back soon, with the first trailer for the full DUB DVD, and a brand spanking new website. We will also be able to put up videos and pictures of all the riders, which now include Mike Taylor and Ben Lewis. We will have a page for all the Jams too, and all the pictures and maybe a story about our trip to Barcelona.

The Rizla T-shirts will be making a comeback soon, but there wont be many, as money is tight, so keep an eye out for them...

Ben Lewis and Bengo in Greece...

4Down just posted the video of the Fit UK trip to Greece, which DUB riders Ben Lewis and Bengo were a part of. The riding is sick, and the editing is amazing as usual from James Cox. Check it out...

DUB Worldwide...

Mar 17, 2009

We've had an increasing number of e-mails and orders from abroad lately, So I've looked into the costs of posting stuff worldwide, and it's only a little more more than UK postage.

I've already sent stuff out to Sweden, Finland, and Ireland, and theres a few pracels watitng to go out to France and Germany.

All orders come with free stickers etc, and should be with you within a week, anywhere in the world.

Rampworx Jam extended edit.

Mar 14, 2009

Here's the second edit of the DUB/P5 Jam at Rampworx, made by Charlie Jobling of Seventies.
Charlie had some additional tapes passed on to him by other filmers, hence the length of this edit, and there's some absolute bangers in it. Check Mike Taylor and the Alien vs Predator grind...

Rampworx Jam edit...

Mar 12, 2009

Matty Lambert's edit of the DUB/P5 Jam at Ramworx, It's a banger, so check it out! Matty has also been clocking some clips for us while I don't have a camera, so cheers for that too Matty!

Charlie Jobling's edit of the Jam is well on the way, he's been really busy trying to get "One More Brew" sorted, but I think his Jam edit will be up in the next few days, so keep checking back...

Scotty D edit...

Mar 11, 2009

Scott has been living down in Cardiff for a while, and has been filming with Will Evans, who filmed Fooman's web edit for us. He's put together this edit for Shadow, Subrosa, and of course DUB, so cheers Will!

DUB BCN DVD

The DVD's were pre-order, and they got delayed, so apologies to anyone who was waiting for one.

They have arrived now, and will be posted the same day as you order. 7quid with free postage.

The Jam edits should be both be up in the next day or two, So keep an eye out for them...

Rampworx Jam - The Aftermath....

Mar 2, 2009

Right....Where to start...The Jam went off really well, There were about 450 people there i'm told. The riding was sick, although a lot of the young kids didn't seem interested in watching at all, and the DJs for the afterparty warmed up by getting on the decks an playing some sick tunes. John Taylor was judging, and decided that Scotty D won the small room event, Danny Ingram won the Driveway event, Chris Mahoney won the Step-up event, and Mark Love won the Sub-box event. The high hop as won by Chicken, and Bombhead took best trick over the high hop. Millsy took "King of the Rail" for a perfect railride, top to bottom, aswell as doing a can-can pegs. A lot of other people won Prizes, including Phil de-Mattia for a huge 180 over the hop meter, and Dale Armstrong for a massive gap to smith. There was 2nd and third place prizes for each section, so in total 14 people went home with a bag of prizes. I'd like to thank all the sponsors, Carhartt, Lotek, Federal, Proper, Odyssey, Odessa and a huge thanks to Seventies.

One More Brew Premiered, although a lot of people didn't get to see it due to a mix-up with Rampworx staff, who stopped a lot of people coming back in watch the video. I had to leave to sort out the afterparty, but I'm told it's an absolute banger, so make sure you get hold of a copy. They should be available through Seventies very soon.

Then it came to the DUB Afterparty/Video Premiere. The night got off to a good start, all the DJs were absolutely sick, and everyone was hammering the cheap Vodka Rockstars, So thanks to Rockstar for sorting that out. The bouncers at the nightclub were absolute wankers, and one of them went sick at Bruzer, he hit him about 6 or 7 times with no reaction from Bruzer, Which just shows Bruzer is a tank, and the bouncer is a faggot. Bruzer then left, and came back sometime later with a load of other riders, and a riot broke out outside. I ran up the stairs to see about 30 BMXers charge across the road, and start laying into the bouncers. Then the police turned up, Riot Vans, Police Cars, It was fucking madness. I dont know who won, But it was good to see all the BMXers backing eachother up and going sick. The Bouncers managed to lock everyone else into the club, otherwise there would have been a massacre.

There will be a proper write up by Nathan Beddows in the next Ride Mag, and there will be photo's up on our Myspace as soon as I get them. Charlie Jobling is crackong on with the edit, so that will be up soon too. Cheers to everyone who came, The next DUBJAM will be street, sometime in May, so keep checking back for details.

Barcelona Trip...

Feb 3, 2009

We got back from Barcelona on Saturday lunch time, a few people tried post updates while we were there, but they didn't work. The trip went well, and everyone had a good time. We had a few close calls, but no one came back with any serious injuries, and no one spent any time in the cells. I've spent the last two days capturing tape, and there's a lot of bangers on there. There will be a trailer up soon, and then the DVD will hopefully be sorted in time for copies to be on sale at the Jam/Premiere.

Gez is doing a proper write up of the trip, and Fooman and Tom will be getting all the pictures together as soon as possible.

We had 2 inches of Snow here yesterday, not what you need after a week in the Sun.....

The Sale has now ended...

Jan 23, 2009

The Sale on our Bold logo T-Shirts is now over, it was supposed to end after Christmas, but I forgot.

When we eventually get new designs in, whatever isn't sold out will go on sale, but I think most stuff will be gone in the next few weeks to be honest.

The new stuff is in the works, hopefully it will be on sale at the next Jam...

DUB/Project 5 Rampworx Jam Flyer....

Here's the flyer for the next Jam, Mute from P5 text me last night and said Seventies are flying Seth Kimborough over for the Jam....Sickness.

DUB/Project 5 Jam...

Jan 18, 2009

The next Jam is going to be at Rampworx on February 28th, I'm working with the boys from Project 5 and it's looking like it's going to be a beast. The jam is in association with Seventies who are giving us loads of support as usual, and the other sponsors are Carhartt, Odyssey, Proper and Odessa, so there should be loads of prizes and giveaways. There's a good possibility that Seventies are going to fly over some American riders for the Jam too, and the Project 5/Seventies DVD "One More brew" will be premiered in the video room at the park.

Once the Jams finished there will be an after party in Magnet, in Liverpool, from 8pm til 6am. It's the premiere of the first DUB DVD, along with a send off for Joe Miller, who is leaving to go travelling 2 days after the Jam. There are loads of DJ's playing, a mix of DnB and filthy Dubstep, and we will have 23k of Funktion 1 soundsystem so it's going to be LOUD. Rockstar have hooked us up with some drinks promotions too, so there will be double vodka and Rockstar for 1.50...It's going to be messy.

The flyer is going to be up soon, If anyone needs any more info after that then holla at me on Myspace. This is definately not to be missed!

One More Brew Update...

Jan 10, 2009

Filming for one more brew has been a bit of a non-starter to be honest. The shit weather, along with everyone bailing from the DUB house has meant we haven't had much chance to film, and now with everyone spread out all over the country it's going to be a mission to get it done in time.

Hopefully, we'll be going to Newport to catch up with Ditchburn and Fooman next week, so hopefully we'll get it sorted just in time.

On a brighter note, Matty Lambert has been filming a lot, and I can't wait to see the section he's putting together.

New products are in the works, they should be in the shop in the next few weeks hopefully...

All cleared up...

Jan 2, 2009

I've had an e-mail back from Dean at United and the stickers were made by one of their riders, and aren't going to be mass produced, so i guess that's all cleared up now...Cheers United.

I have just had an arsey message off the lad who made the sticker though. If i copied one of his designs and there was pictures on the net, I'm sure he'd have something to say...

We've been ripped off!

I've received a quite a few e-mails over the last few days, from a fair few different people pointing this out to me, It's in a post on the united blog on the 4down website...

The link to the post is http://www.unitedbikeco.com/blog/2008/12/rizla-blue.html

Now 4down have been providing us with prizes for our jams, so I'm sure they've seen our logo plenty of times, and know that it is an exact copy? I'm just hoping it's a one off, and they don't try and start using it all the time.

Oh, and now my rant is over, Happy New Year to everyone!

New DUBJAM edit...

Dec 28, 2008

Camo's tape arrived sometime over Christmas when I was away, so i've just put together the footage, and there was some hammers. Here it is...

Merry Christmas!

Dec 24, 2008

There hasn't been much going on since the Jam due to Christmas, but we're still getting footage for one more brew at every opportunity. Hopefully in the new year, we'll have some new designs and products available, and a new website to replace this ghetto mess.

We're travelling to Barcelona to escape the bad weather at the end of January, the list of people going at the moment includes Scotty D, Lacey, Bengo, Fooman, Millsy, Gez, Waffle, Phil De Mattia, French John and myself. We're not going for long, but I'm sure we'll get a fair bit of footage, so keep an eye out for it somewhere when we get back.

The first Jam of 2009 is going to be at Rampworx skatepark in Aintree, Liverpool on February 28th. The details aren't fully sorted yet, but it looks like it's going to be a big one. We are colaborating with Project 5 on the jam, and Seventies as usual are showing a lot of support. Hopefully there will be some video premieres, and I'm trying to sort out a filthy dubstep night for everyone to go to after the jam. I'm sure there will be a big street session going down on the Sunday too, So make sure your around for the whole weekend!

After that, It's back to the streets suckas! Have a good Christmas and New Years!

DUBJAM Round 2 - The Boneyard.

Dec 18, 2008

Here's the edit from the Jam on Saturday. There's another tape knocking around somewhere so when I get hold of it, there will be another little bonus edit. Enjoy...

DUBJAM Round 2

Dec 14, 2008

The Jam went pretty smoothly yesterday (with one major exception), and the riding was off the hook. The edit should be up in a few days. I think we left the prize sessions a bit late, and the rail jam was cancelled due to no one actually being able to ride, haha.

At the very end of the night, after most people had left, Micky took the worst slam any of us had ever seen, and had to go to hospital. He had to stay in over night, and have neck, spine and brain scans, but fortunately there was no major issues. He text me this morning, and he's back home now resting up. Get well soon mate!

A big thanks to Seventies for helping to sort the jam out, and providing a shitload of prizes,  and the Zeal lads for turning up with a box of goodies to give away. Thanks also to Project5, 4Down and IMG who all gave some bits to go in the prize bags.

Gez took best overall for killing it on everything, and won himself a frame for his troubles! Addy Snowdon won best driveway trick for his 180 to backwards x-pegs and Matty Lambert got some prizes for a 360 to smith. Dirty Dave Randalls got prizes for killing the sub-rail, and Danny Ingram got stuff for the biggest 360 air to fakie i've ever seen. Bombhead destroyed everything as usual, but left before we gave the prizes out, so he will have to get some stuff next time we see him.

Cheers to everyone who came! Specially Colak for bringing the soundsystem down and playing tunes all day. See you all back on the streets sometime in the new year!

DUBJAM

Dec 11, 2008

I went to the Boneyard today with Phil and made a sub-rail for the Jam. We still haven't managed to get any crowd railings to the park, so the rollercoaster rail idea seems to be slipping away....haha. If anyone is going to the Jam in a Van, and can swipe a few on the way, I'll sort you out some T-shirts!!

The site still has no crew pictures or videos up, after months of trying to get someone to sort it out. French John is working on a completely new site, which i'm told will be the dog's bollocks, but he's going to be a while with it, so if you see him give him some friendly encouragement...

Until then, all the videos will be posted on this page, and the pictures are on the Myspace.

Update...

Dec 9, 2008

While Me and Scotty were in Hastings last week Tom had a few sessions in Bones with Lou and Barny There's plenty of pics on his Flickr if you want to check it out...

The Jam is only 4 days away, and it looks like it's gona go off, there's a lot of people travelling a long way to be there, and i'm well happy that people seem so keen! Word to the Halifax boys who were asking if there was any Hotel's nearby! haha....

The Waff Web Edit..

Dec 5, 2008

This is a Remix of Waffle's summer footage, If only the weather was still like that...

Waffle is coming up to Manchester next week with Lacey so hopefully there will be some footage of them in the upcoming One More Brew edit.

Cheers to the Seventies boys for putting us up for a few days, Your all welcome in Manchester anytime...

Hastings...

Dec 1, 2008

Scotty D, Gez and Myself will be heading down to Hastings tomorrow, To chill with Lacey and Waffle and do some filming for the DUB One More Brew edit. Expect some photos and stuff up on the Myspace when we get back.

One More Brew...

Nov 27, 2008

I've been asked by Gez from Project 5 to put together a section for the "One More Brew" DVD which will be out early next year. There are about 10 filmers involved, from all over the country, and I'm sure the DVD is gona be ridiculous, even though it is being filmed over the worst of winter. We haven't really started filming yet, due to the shit weather, but everyone's pretty keen so as soon as we get a dry day i'm sure it's gona go off.

The DVD is being released by Seventies, and as far as i can understand, it's going to be cheap as possible, so everyone can get hold of a copy! There's going to be some articles about the project in Ride/Dig over the next month or so, so keep an eye out...

Rain Means Boredom...

Nov 21, 2008

Fooman Web Edit.

Nov 19, 2008

Fooman got one day's filming done, and ending up fracturing his wrist, so I've put together the footage he got so far. Cheers to Will for filming and sending the clips, Hopefully there will be some more when Fooman's fixed. Until then i think he's just planning on getting blazed, haha.

DUBJAM Round 2 Flyer...

Nov 17, 2008

John Taylor has just been in touch and said that Vans will be putting some shoes into the prize pot, so cheers to them too!

We are going to have DJs playing all day too, Its gona be Murky.

SALE

Nov 15, 2008

The DUB Bold T-Shirts are now on sale in the shop, now 7 quid + Postage.

The new hoodies, sweatshirts, longsleeves and T-shirts will be on the shop page next Wednesday.

The weather is absolutely shit at the moment, so I think there might be some edits from Bones in Stockport coming in the next week or so, keep an eye out...

Pictures / Jam Update.

Nov 12, 2008

We rode Platt Fields today and Tom got some good pictures of Scotty and Louis, CLICK to see them all on his Flickr page. Tom is moving into the empty room at the DUB house in the next few days, so hopefully there will be a lot more photo updates from now on.

The price for the next DUBJAM is now £5, down from £8, The Boneyard have very kindly lowered it so hopefully more people can afford to show up.

I spoke to Colin from Seventies today, and he said the prizes should include some Orchid Shoe vouchers, some Shadow Conspiracy and Sub-Rosa stuff, and hopefully some Fedeal stuff too, so cheers to Seventies for the support.

Millsy Web Edit.

I went out filming with Millsy today, and we got enough clips to finish off his edit at last. He must have just about the worst luck ever though, because he's only just got back on his bike from the roof drop crash he had a few weeks ago, and he got hit by a van riding through Liverpool today. He was alrigh to carry on riding though, so here's the edit...

The DUBJAM Round 2 - Boneyard.

Nov 10, 2008

The date is confirmed for the Saturday 13th December, 12am - 9pm, at the Boneyard Skatepark in Tattenhall, near Chester.

Entry will be £5 for all day, which goes to the skatepark to help their funds.

We are putting together some extra bits to make it more of a "Street Jam" even though its in the park. Expect some extra Rails, Sub-Rails, Barriers and whatever else we can get out hands on.

So far Seventies, IMG and Project 5 are donating prizes to cheers to them! There will also be a load of DUB stuff up for grabs, and i think a few other companies will be getting amongst it too.

Keep an eye out for the flyer and make sure you get down!

Bengo edit.

Nov 9, 2008

This edit is a remix of all Bengo's old footage from last year, put together by Matty L.

Bengo's DUB web edit is in the making!

Rampworx Halloween Allnighter.

Nov 4, 2008

I couldn't go myself, but Scott, Bengo, Millsy, Camo and Phil all went, and everybody had a good time. Apparently 4Down put on a good show and lots of people came away with prize money. Scott got some cash for throwing the double sling, and Phil took best fancy dress outfit.
Here's the video by Matty from Nonstopvid.

We only have a few Rizla hoodies and T-shirts left, not sure when we're getting more so if you want one get on it soon.

The next Jam is being planned at the moment, the details should be up within the next week.

Friends + Flow edit.

Oct 29, 2008

Just got this finished, hope you all like it...

Just got the embroidered Rizla logo hats in, they're on the shop now.

New Stuffs Arrived.

Oct 27, 2008

The new Polo Shirts have arrived, they are in the shop now. The shop link on the menu doesn't work so you have to click the picture link below it. It'll get fixed one day....

Scotty D Park Edit.

We filmed for 23 minutes in a rare dry spell on Friday, and here's what Scotty managed to pull out of the bag....

Scott owns Platt fields, I think these edits might become a regular thing.

I spoke to Millsy earlier and his wrist is getting better, so he's hoping to be back on his bike this week. As long as he doesn't break himself again his web edit should be done by the end of next week. Fingers crossed....

The crew...

Oct 23, 2008

Fooman is now part of the DUB crew, so expect some pictures and a web edit soon!

There is also an edit of our "flow" riders on the way, we're aiming to have it done in a week or so, weather permitting...

When the site gets sorted, the Media page will finally get updated too, and will have any photos and edits from Jams, Parties and other random stuff.

New Products...

Oct 22, 2008

We have some polo shirts and wooly hats on the way, with the DUB Rizla logo embroidered on them. There is a limited amount of this stuff and a lot of it is pre ordered. so if you want any more info or you want to pre-order anything, e-mail us (dubbmx@gmail.com). There is also another T-Shirt design and some zipper hoodies in the works too, so keep an eye out!

Bad News...

Millsy took a bad crash while filming for his Web video today, and he might have a broken wrist, so filming is now on hold. He has some proper bangers already so it looks like its going to be sick when it's finshed. He was trying to barspin over the lip down onto the second roof, and then drop off that to the floor, but a spongey take off messed everything up...

Dewi's 21st Birthday Party.

Oct 20, 2008

Dewi had his Birthday party at the DUB house on Saturday night, It got pretty messy but everyone had a good time. Most of the doors fell off the kitchen cabinets and my bedroom window sill got ripped off, but all the other mess has been cleaned up already. No one has spoken to Errol since he went home in an ambulance, so if you read this mate, come round for your bike and let us know that your ok.

Here's some footage from the party, check Garth eat the floor going down the stairs on a deck with his hands over his eyes....

Update...

Oct 17, 2008

The site now has links to the shop and the myspace, which has just had some new pictures put up. The back end of the site is being re-made at the moment, but hopefully by next Monday it will be sorted, and the team page can be put up and the media page can be sorted out.

There are some new Polo Shirts on the way, with the Rizla logo embroidered on the chest, and some hats with the same design. They should be in the shop in the next week or two.

Millsy's web edit is coming along nicely, if the weather holds off on Monday we might get all the clips we need to finish it off. There should also be a little edit of Dewi's Birthday Jam at Platt fields skatepark on Saturday, but again, only if it doesn't piss down.

DUB/Streetphire Scotty D Web Edit.

Oct 7, 2008

Scott's web edit is now finished, the weather held of yesterday and we got the final few lines filmed. We also got a load of good clips of Millsy so there will hopefully be a web edit of him coming soon. This edit is a Streetphire exclusive, so enjoy...

Update...

Oct 1, 2008

The site is still not quite done, although it should be by the end of this week. There will be a team page up soon, with pics and video clips of the riders, now including Millsy, who was "the king of the courts" at the DUBJAM.

Ditchburn's web edit is almost finished, we're gona get the final few clips the next time the rain stops, but who knows when that will be in Manchester. I think it's gona be a StreetPhire Exclusive when it's done, so look out for that...

There's also a new design on the way, and there will be another run of the Rizla design stuff at some point, but if you want one anytime soon there are still a few bits left...You can get them from the shop, the link is on the products page.

DUBJAM edit.

Sep 26, 2008

Sorry it took so long, I've been waiting for Camo's tape in the post all week with the second angles on, but it still hasn't got here so I think it's lost in the post, which is a cunt. If it does turn up, there'll be a re-edit on the way. Here it is for now though....

DUB JAM

Sep 23, 2008

The Jam went off surprisingly well! Everyone had a good time, and loads of hammers went down. The rough edit is on the way, and a proper one will follow when I get Camo's tape, which is on its way in the post. I've also got some pictures from Jamie Evans which will be up as soon as possible, and i'm waiting for photos off a few other people aswell.

Bombhead took best overall, for the truck up tunnel banks step up, and the bars to pegs on the courts rail.

Millsy from Runcorn took King of the rail for doing every toothpick variation normal and opposite! He pulled the opposite snaggletooth, although Jay missed it unfortunately, so it wont be in the edit.

Dale got some prizes for whipping the tunnel banks step up, and over icepicking and 360ing the courts rail.

Crash of the day went to Bettley for his 360 to face slide, I've just seen a picture of the fat black eye it left him with, so he fully deserved the prizes for that.

Cheers to everyone who came, and props to Jay Bean, Leeroy and Camo for filming with/for me. The next Jam might be indoors somewhere due to winter, but there will definately be another street Jam after Christmas, So keep an eye out for details.

Update...

Sep 18, 2008

The weather forecast for the 20th was shit when i checked last week, I decided to wait til as late as possible to decide whether to postpone or not, and when i checked again the other day, the forecast now says it's going to be a nice day. Fingers crossed they've got it right. Scott spoke to Seventies and they're gona send some prizes up i think, so cheers to them for that.

The rest of the pages are up, there will be more product pictures up soon, showing the different colours of the Rizla design stuff, and more riding pics of some of our other riders as soon as possible.

The video on the Media page is from Matty L, but seeing as it features Scott and Bengo he said i could stick it up. Check out his site...Nonstopvid.com.

Excuses...

Sep 15, 2008

The rest of the site is taking slightly longer than expected, the Media and Products pages should be up in the next few days, but the shop page is going to take a fair while. If you want to buy any of our products, you can e-mail us at "Dubbmx@googlemail.com" telling us what you want, and we'll get back to you telling you if we have it, and how to go about paying for it.

The web edit is also taking forever due to shit weather, and everyone being away, but Ditchburn is back from Hastings today so things should get back on track soon!

Dub Bmx Street Jam.

Sep 3, 2008

We are holding a street jam in Liverpool on September 20th. Meeting place is the Courts at 1pm. The route/spot list hasn't been fully decided yet, but the Tunnel banks and the Hospital wallride will be on there i'm sure. There will be prizes from 4Down, and some of our products, along with beers and random stuff.
If your game, there's a Chibuku on at Barfly that night, I'm sure most people will be heading there to get murky!

See you all there!

New Site.

Sep 2, 2008

Finally we have a proper website, thanks to French John for that.
The media, shop and products pages will be up as soon as possible, along with the new web video when it's done. Filming has been on hold due to the rain, but Ditchburn already has some bangers clocked, so it's looking good.
